适用于 iOS 应用「AI旅拍」（AI Travel Cam）· 生效日期：2026 年 9 月 22 日
下载或使用 AI旅拍 即表示你同意本条款。本 App 由 clxstech.com 的运营方（以下称「我们」）提供。除本条款外，你与 Apple 之间还适用 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议；两者冲突时以本条款为准。
1. 许可
我们授予你一项个人的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上按 App Store 规则使用本 App。你不得反编译、逆向工程、出租或转售本 App。
2. 免费功能与付费功能
实时引导、构图检查、出片、作品库与分享卡片免费且无限。「深度建议」每个自然月赠送 3 次；额外次数可通过以下方式获得：
- Pro 订阅（月度 / 年度）：每月 25 次深度建议。自动续期：订阅会在当前周期结束前 24 小时按同样价格自动续订，除非你至少提前 24 小时在 iPhone「设置 › Apple 账户 › 订阅」中取消。购买时费用从你的 Apple 账户扣除。
- 次数包（30 次 / 120 次）：一次性购买，不过期，先扣当月赠送次数再扣次数包。
价格以 App Store 购买页显示为准，可能因地区和税费不同。退款请通过 Apple 申请（reportaproblem.apple.com），我们无法直接处理退款。
3. 账号
登录是可选的。使用「通过 Apple 登录」后，购买的次数会与账号关联并可在多台设备间同步。你可以随时在 App 内删除账号。我们可能在你违反本条款时暂停或终止账号。
4. 你的内容
你拍摄的照片归你所有。你主动上传用于生成建议的画面，我们仅在生成建议所需的范围内处理，不做其他用途，详见隐私政策。你保证你有权拍摄和上传相关内容，并遵守拍摄地的法律与他人隐私。
5. AI 生成内容
深度建议由 AI 模型生成，仅供参考，可能不准确或不适用于你的具体情境。请自行判断安全：不要为了拍照进入危险区域、翻越护栏或站到不稳的地方。
6. 免责声明与责任限制
本 App 按「现状」提供，我们不对其无中断、无错误或满足你的特定需要作出保证。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本 App 造成的任何间接、附带或后果性损失不承担责任；我们的总责任不超过你在过去 12 个月内为本 App 支付的费用。
7. 变更与终止
我们可能更新本 App 或本条款；重大变更会在 App 内或本页面公告。你可以随时停止使用并删除本 App。

Applies to the iOS app “AI Travel Cam” (AI旅拍) · Effective September 22, 2026
By downloading or using AI Travel Cam you agree to these terms. The app is provided by the operator of clxstech.com (“we”). Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies between you and Apple; where they conflict, these terms prevail.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to App Store rules. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, rent or resell the app.
2. Free and paid features
Live guidance, composition checks, finishing, the gallery and share cards are free and unlimited. “Deep advice” includes 3 free uses per calendar month; more can be obtained through:
- Pro subscription (monthly / yearly): 25 deep-advice uses per month. Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the same price 24 hours before the current period ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours in advance in iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple account at purchase.
- Packs (30 / 120 uses): one-time purchase, never expire; monthly free uses are consumed first.
Prices are those shown on the App Store purchase screen and may vary by region and tax. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com); we cannot issue refunds directly.
3. Accounts
Signing in is optional. With Sign in with Apple, purchased uses are attached to your account and sync across devices. You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your content
Photos you take are yours. Frames you choose to upload for advice are processed only as needed to generate that advice and for nothing else — see the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to photograph and upload the content and for respecting local law and others' privacy.
5. AI-generated content
Deep advice is generated by an AI model and is for reference only; it may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. Use your own judgement about safety: never enter dangerous areas, climb barriers or stand on unstable ground for a photo.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for your particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms; material changes are announced in the app or on this page. You may stop using and delete the app at any time.
